Please note that this show has been postponed until Sat 21st May. It has also moved from Academy 3 to Club Academy. Original tickets remain valid.
This cover band are unlike any that have come before them. They have every detail down. They really are, the dog’s boll*cks when it comes to imitating one of the most awesome bands the world has ever seen. That, by our reckoning, is quite the feat.
Those who have seen Live/Wire AC/DC can always be relied upon to comment on the rhythm section of the band, headed by Shaun who takes up the rhythm guitar - standing in as the exquisite Malcolm Young; and Cliff Williams’ part being played by Ed on badass bass. Finally, the drums are being dominated in a style that combines both Phil Rudd and Chris Slade – by Daz.
With Live/Wire you – close your eyes and hear AC/DC, open your eyes and see AC/DC!
Do it. Saturday 21st May. Manchester Club Academy. |
